This Jumlo dress is made from black cotton fabric and is made by hand. It is finely but elaborately embroidered with silk. The Jumlo dress is heavily adorned with buttons, metal amulets, beads and coins. Symmetry is an important element in the Design.

Jumlos are made and worn by the women from the Shin community, who live manily in the upper valley's of Indus Quhistan, in north west Pakistan.
